Boa Luta Academy is a gym and health institution located at 104 Guerrero Street in Cotulla, Texas. We offer martial arts classes five days a week for students of all ages, starting as young as 5 years old. Our level-based instruction focuses on teaching self-defense techniques using various martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai.
Our classes include cardio, calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, and self-defense training in a fun and safe environment. We understand that not everyone is a competitor or fighter, so sparring and competing are not required.
