"Unfortunately we couldn't get into a primary care physician today so we had to use the walk-in clinic. What a disappointment. The nurse was not friendly, there was no doctor involved and the patients concerns were not addressed. Tested for flu though it was obviously not flu. Infected tonsils with a fever and all that was suggested was a steroid shot. (??) They never took the patients temperature. Bad mistake going here. The primary care physicians and care at this office are actually really good so this was a huge disappointment. I guess a walk in in clinic gets second rate care."

"I called to make sure they took my insurance and walkins. They did. I went in to get treatment for covid. I told them I needed to be tested and treated. It was just about 1:00. They looked at me and then looked at each other like I had just asked the most absurd question ever. They told me "Oh, we don't do that here. You have to go to WalMart or the pharmacy and buy a test." Which makes no sense because they would have to test me before they could treat me! So I didn't get treatment."

"This isn't like any other walk-in clinics that I have been to... I'm not sure if it was the time of day, or what, but there wasn't hardly any waiting time at all! I think I was in the reception area for about 12 minutes, and the appointment time went just as fast!"

"Rude front desk girls. Walked in to see the doctor and this happens 9 out of 10 times. Just chit chatting with one another or someone waiting to be seen so I stand there waiting to be checked in and then I get that how dare you interrupt me look because they actually have to work to check me in. All three of those girls are rude snotty and I’ve heard them talking about patients isn’t that HIPPA violations. Sorry for the girl who had STD cause they laughed about her so bad it’s was so disrespectful and disgusting they all need to lose their jobs it was very uncalled for. I will never recommend anyone to go there and defiantly not now that Dr Raj is gone and Nurse Kasey Those two were the best thing going for that place. Shut it down like the hospital That place is a joke. I WILL BE REPORTING TO THE MEDICAL BOARD ABOUT HIPPA VIOLATIONS. HAVE FUN FINDING NEW JOBS"

"Good luck! The billing is ran by deaf, blind, mute morons who can't keep their story straight from one phone call full of lies to the next. We have been calling for MONTHS (again this time) to get a bill! The insured calls to pay, they give up the step son's middle name to the insured (step mom) but WON'T TELL HER THE AMOUNT TO PAY THE ACCOUNT TO ZERO ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I got a bill the 1 other time I went, it was already past due before I got it. That's why i've been calling these idiots constantly to try to not have this happen to my son. I wish I worked in the medical industry, they're as bad as the weather man for doing whatever they want and have no repercussions for it."
