"Closing time is 4PM on a Sunday, not at 3:45PM. If you want to go home earlier then change the closing time. Horrible people with horrible attitudes."

"I took my at the time 10 month old daughter to the clinic in mt pleasant first and was told she was fine, the next day I brought her to keokuk clinic because her symptoms were worse and she was struggling to breathe. At no point did they test her oxygen.. they tested for the usual stuff and said she’s fine. The next time I brought her in again, they did not test her oxygen and instead accused me of showing signs of Münchausen syndrome by proxy. I immediately left. That night I took her to fort Madison ER where her oxygen was 77 and her heart rate was high. She was retested and had rsv with pneumonia. She was then transferred by ambulance and admitted ti Burlington hospital for 8 days where she had continuous oxygen for 6 days. I will never go to keokuk clinic again."

"Went here for stomach flu once. refused to see me after taking heart rate etc due to "family history of heart problems" and having a fast heart rate (a known effect of throwing up with dehydration). Was told they wouldnt bill me. still sent a bill. absolute rip off and joke of a clinic"

"Unprofessional attitudes. Unprofessional care. Literally did nothing with vague responses and said if it doesn't get better or worse to call, and I'll send a script. Did exactly that, now have to go back for another visit. Another co-pay. And 2 hours of waiting with my (even sicker now) toddler. All so they can get more money from insurance and not do the right thing. This is my 3rd bad experience here, so this review is overdue."
