And these are medical professionals smh JOKE The walk in clinic downstairs is a JOKE, these dr’a write a script and send you on your way without no testing no nothing! I can’t believe these people are still lawfully doing business! You come hostile you’ll get hostile in return!"

"This was my Dr office for over 20 years. Sold to Mercy, stopped taking my insurance and didn’t bother notifying me until AFTER I was sitting in a room, was pulled out and told they no longer take my insurance. Walked out without being seen. FFW 3 years and I’m using the urgent care only because my records are here. Had a 1:30pm appointment, arrived at 1:10pm and have not been seen by the Dr yet (currently 2:53pm). No apology, no “we’re running behind would you like to change your appointment, nothing until I left the room walking around looking for someone. Zero people were in the waiting room when I arrived (20min early for my appointment.)"
