"They finally got a permanent doctor whom I hate to leave. I think she is excellent, but I have to leave and I found a new doctor / clinic. They implemented an off-site answering service which takes about 100,000 seconds to leave a message with all this information for the answering service which then goes to the computers at the clinic. So when there's a problem you can't talk to anybody at all you have to go through the answering service again and if it's urgent sometimes they don't answer at the nurse's station msg electronic center so this can take days and a lot of frustration, I can't even tell you. This answering service does not work for Controlled Substances like adderall. Several times I have gone through withdrawals because something gets messed up and I don't get my meds within 72 hours. A couple times with my mistake but more than not it was their mistake. They also havesent my medication to the wrong Pharmacy when I have specifically told them to remove the backup Pharmacy! This is a horrible system. I'm gone. Oh yeah when they sent it to the wrong Pharmacy then I'm forced to pay their extra fee at the pharmacy... I've really never got any apologies for this messed up system"

"I find it extremely annoying at the fact that I have to call a call center now to get a hold of anybody at OP. Johnson and I have set up an appointment for doctors visit and it has been continuously canceled on me over four times and this last time they didn’t even decide to call me so I show up and I’m waiting for my appointment and they tell me that it has been canceled. This is extremely unprofessional, and the fact that nobody communicates in this clinic is beyond crazy to me. This clinic needs to communicate with each other more and also stop canceling patients appointments continuously"

"Didn't do anything but take an excessive amount of x-rays (18). I waited an hour and a half beyond my scheduled appointment time when there was barely anyone else before me to tell me I had a root canal. I'm aware I have one. It's in my mouth and I was there and paid for the procedure.. Thanks for the obvious. I don't plan on continuing 'care' at this office."

"Not a single person in this building communicates with each other or can fill a prescription without the patient making 9 calls to the office and the pharmacy. I had an interaction with a nurse, Jennifer, who made a snide comment about the type of prescription I was trying to get filled. I have been out of medication for 3 weeks, and after four calls, they finally sent it in. To the wrong pharmacy. Now that its at the correct pharmacy, they can't fill it because they didn't preauthorize the script with my insurance. They say your ability to pay doesn't affect the quality of care, but that is absolutely untrue in my experience. I have never had doctors treat me like the way I have been treated here since I started using medicaid for insurance. Pick a different practice if you can."

"They offer great primary care health services along with dentistry. Both go above and beyond. I had to have a cap put on one of my back teeth and they even got the insurance to cover that. I've been a few times for cleaning, filling, etc. Every aspect of their services never ceases to amaze me. A Dr. or dentist you can almost actually look forward to lol"
