"Everytime I call them I am on the phone for adleast an hour before I can get through. Then they keep sending my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. Then they claim they can't hear me and then hang up. Been trying to get my prescription filled for two weeks now"

"My experience was great. I was nervous after reading other reviews, but they could not be further from the truth in my opinion. The staff was wonderful, from the receptionist to the MA, and Dr. Washington. I had less than a ten minute wait, and was in and out quickly with an insulin prescription that I have not been able to get through any endocrinologist in town. Highly recommend for quick and kind care."

"I have 10 years of documented treatment behind me but after relocating, my options are apparently limited in Rockford. My appointment with the psychiatrist was startling. I was immediately, and incorrectly re-diagnosed at the beginning of our FIRST conversation. I was confused, and asked if she had read my file from out of state. She had not read ANYTHING about me, and couldn't figure out where to find it. She said "oh vaccinations, I wonder if this has anything", which was confusing and obviously incorrect. She refused my ADHD medication, that I had successfully taken, legally prescribed, in my former state. "Could I justify giving you your prescription? Yes, But I wouldn't be a good psychiatrist". Paternalism is a huge problem in general, and this was unacceptable. Get your stuff together Rockford. You have a mental health system issue more than a drug addict issue what do you think the people who can't cope are doing."

"Dr. Washington was a joke....took two weeks to get an appt after I was discharged from er. When I finally got to my appt the dr hadnt even review the scans I had in the er. Scheduled me for a week later and still had not looked at my chart from the er. They even lost the paperwork from the state to get to get my driver's license back! I've been in bed for a month recovering from a back issue now struggling with mental health doctor acted like it was an inconvenience and couldn't get a referral to see a psychiatrist for over a month. No sense of empathy from anyone at aunt Martha's"

"Absolutely horrible. Dr. Brown is a non caring Dr. Almost all the staff is rude or hates the place as much as the patients. Communication is horrible, you basically have to do their job for them and that's impossible because they still need to do it... if you want to always be on the phone, always waiting over your appointment, getting nowhere with any paper work you need filled out, or love having to babysit your Dr. Then by all means this is the place for you.... if you actually want/ need treatment, you're better off finding another doctor... even youtube is more helpful than this place."
