"Bad experience a few months ago I took my girls, one with a fever and another just checked for her asthma inhaler and they did tests on both of them and it turned out that the one I only took for a checkup had the flu, it was something illogical because she had no symptoms, we told her to the doctor and he was offended that he was the doctor, after 4 hours I had to take my daughter who had a temperature to the hospital and she had the flu (the results had changed) apart from the fact that it takes a long time to treat someone you have quotes ."

"Called in after visiting 24hrs ago as my daughter kept having a constant cough and was only prescribed an allergy OTC medication. They mentioned Dr. Loja was out for a few days and they couldn't prescribe anything for her cough unless we took her back in after being seen prior day. Just another typical patient mill to charge another visit and no accountability on Dr. Esparza for his associate doctors on staff."

"This has been my daughter’s pediatrician since they were born but the waits are just getting ridiculous. Even if you have an appointment they won’t see you at the time of the appointment. We literally got here at 1:50pm and it’s 4:50 and my daughter’s still haven’t gotten seen by the doctor. Ridiculous waiting time. For sure I’m changing them from pediatrician smh"

"Poor service, no bonding between doctor and patient. Make you wait from 2 to 3 hours and when doctor gets in your room; it takes him 1 minute to check you. It's always a different doctor. They are all about the money, money and doing all kinds of checks on your insurance. Today we are here to get a Covid Test... so far 2 hours."
