"I've been here since 8:45am. It's now 11:50 am and they still haven't seen my son. I arrived before they opened to make sure we weren't waiting too long. Well their lack of sign up is ridiculous. The phones don't ring before they open. So exactly 9am they turn thier phones on. I got a hold of someone by 9:02am. I checked in and signed my paperwork needed. I called back after waiting for 1.5 hrs and there was 6 people in front of us. How?? There wasn't 6 people who checked in before me let alone all those other people that have already been seen in the 1.5 hrs before my phone call. Is this something a new patient needs to endure to be seen? Because I've been here before with another child and it wasn't this long. Please get it together Ashley Pediatrics! Sick children shouldn't have to wait this long to be seen. We aren't even here to see a Dr. Anyone can do this covid test!"

"Awful experience. I possibly have been exposed to Covid and came for rapid testing. They say to call when you’re there, they don’t answer. I went up front and was told it was a 1 1/2 hour wait and I’m here nearly 3 hours later. I worked in the medical field I know they are trying to do their best, but be honest about wait time. Or have more techs, there are 2 techs testing hundreds of people. Ridiculous. Can’t imagine those who feel extremely ill or are with their children."

"Been waiting for more than 3 hours, since pandemic started and they want for you to be on your car till they call you, they take a lot more time, then they will tell you that they've been calling you but if they do so, they call you to the phone they have on file which in my case I don't have it anymore. I gave them my cell phone number and my wife's and they called my home phone number which I don't have anymore. Terrible organization, need to put more attention in what you're doing. Hopefully Dr. Sarojini Bose may see this post and do something about this. I usually will recommend this place but not today."
