"My two giant breed dogs have the Banfield wellness plan. We were there to get their regular checkups and boosters and then my Great Dane twisted her back and needed an examination a couple of days later. The staff was very friendly, the vet tech and doctor were very kind with my dog who gets very anxious and generous with their time. I highly recommend the wellness plan, it's a very good investment."
"We couldn't get in to see the vet but the receptionist and vet tech were wonderful and very kind. It wasn't an emergency but it was urgent. They are always booked so try to call or visit in advance if possible. They will try to accommodate you. They offered us a morning drop off. It's clean and pleasant."
"Wife called up there inquiring about a visit for the dog, 65$ for a consultation, cool. I drive up there and they said I need an appointment, and can't get one for a week. It would have been nice for that Info over the phone when we called up there."
