"I'll be going to the pawn shop at northpark & 494. Staff is much friendlier and they offer more for what you're selling than this one. This review comes from several visits over the years. Indepwndenr act like they could care less for your business. Also, unless it's tools, there is a good chance they don't want, or need it."

"If I could give it zero stars I would. You don't want to do any business here at all. Go somewhere else. I pawned several items on one ticket. I come back a month later and one of the items I pawned wasn't included on the ticket when the man made the pawn. So they are expecting me to pay full price for only part of my stuff. The people working here are a bunch of incompetent hillbillies with zero education that can't take responsibility for their own mistakes. So this means a percentage of the items they are selling they paid nothing for. Free merchandise. They need to be shut down. Crooks"
