"I’ve done (3) transfers through these people. The only thing that bothered me is they will never call you when your item is ready for pickup. Not once did I receive a call from kylee, I would wait (3) days after my items were delivered and pick them up then. It’s a good place to stop by and shop, the people are friendly. But I would steer away if you’re looking for transfers."

"I’m going to give them four stars. As far as I can tell, they are good people who are willing to work with their customers. I had purchased a 32 and it came in the box with a defect. They immediately offered to make it right on notice, and came through within a matter of days. It’s not always about perfect service, but about how when an imperfect situation arises, a company handles the issue."

"If you are interested in collector’s items, this is a good place. You must visit often because good finds go fast. The folks here are kind and easy to talk too. They have new stuff too but most of them have to be ordered. The prices are worth the wait. Just be patient."

"Worst experience ever. Have been to this place numerous times only to hear them say that they aren't pawning any items at the moment. All four times I've visited this place in the last 12 months that is what I was told. Perhaps they should change their name to Independent thrift store. They have few items for sale yet they aren't pawning any items. Sounds a little fishy to me and maybe I'm wrong but aren't pawn shops here to pawn items for individuals? Too bad there isn't a cash America near because these guys would have to close their doors in a week's time. Then that big oversized ugly sign they placed 1000 feet in the air can come down and our community won't look so trashy. Do yourself a favor stay away because they don't have anything for sale worth purchasing and if your trying g to sell or pawn something you can hang it up."
