"Probably good insurance as long as you don't get hit by someone with Loya insurance. Took almost a year to get paid for the vehicle damage. On top of that a lot of shops want paid up front because they don't want to deal with Loya."
"I needed to upgrade my insurance plan and the customer service rep over the phone denied me service. Then the next day the actual agent that originally helped me, calls me backthe next day, just to tell me that they could have helped me with several different insurance plans. I guess as an African American living in a predominantly Hispanic town, not all the Hispanics like me, even over the phone. I had to drive 4 miles out of my way just to go and get the insurance coverage that I needed. I could see if I were being disrespectful or rude, or even worst a racist. But that's not how I carry myself. I believe that we're all created equal and should be given the daily equalities and service as anyone else. Especially when I'm offering to pay for your services. This one representative really ruined any future business and or recommendations i could ever request or offer any of my family or friends. Just a horrible experience all the way around. Thanks for ruining my New Year Fred Loya Insurance!"
