"A few months ago, we purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress from this location. Due to the mattress' insufficient firmness, we had to change it. JeanPaul's assistance exceeded our expectations. He helped us find an appropriate replacement and even offered us a discount on the new mattress. Initially, I gave this business five stars, but when I saw my statement, I was charged twice for the same product. When I called the Synchrony Credit Card company, they informed me that the store had charged twice and they could reverse it much faster. According to the store, they did not charge it twice. Meanwhile, I am stuck with a large credit card bill that will take sixty days to resolve through my credit card company."
