They have a good selection of new mattresses to choose from including, bases. All at great prices. There’s a nice selection of couches, love seats and living room chairs to choose from also. It was great doing business with this company. They also have another location in Milton, WI. Can’t wait to try out my new mattress and sectional. Update, the delivery guys were awesome! I love my new couch and my mattress is comfortable!"

"Bought a sectional from here a few years ago. Be warned. You get what you pay for. I just spent two friggin hours trying to fish my tv remote out of this deathtrap crack where the couch connects together using spatulas and croquet mallets. I finally got it but I think I took years off my life. I'm not very well versed in sectional couch engineering, but I'm pretty sure higher quality couches don't feature ridiculous deathtraps like that. Could be wrong. Anyway...the guys that delivered were good and got the job done. Couch just really pisses me off."

"The product was great, but this is not a discount store. I got my couch for $1296, and the same exact set was $949 through directly through Ashley furniture and with delivery it would’ve been under $1200. My total here at BoxDrop ended up being a little over $1500. The delivery was worth what I paid, but the extra $200 I paid for a couch I could’ve gotten for cheap directly from the manufacturer, very upsetting and deceptive, especially in this economy when most of us are struggling. Do your research before buying to make sure you do indeed get a deal or discount or whatever they claim. This experience will definitely make me even more skeptical of sales people and any store that claims to be giving you the best price when it isn’t true. The guys that delivered the furniture were absolutely wonderful, but the fact that I got ripped off definitely upset me. If you want to mark up furniture go ahead, but don’t deceive your customers by saying they are getting a discount, lower prices, etc. Dishonest."

The owner, his wife and their front staff were phenomenal. We found a sectional and they were very patient, accommodating and understanding while we discussed purchasing. The financing was easy and we are ecstatic that it will boost our credit too. The delivery was flawless and on time. The delivery kid was super nice and gentle unloading. Very pleased with all aspects and the price too. Even our cat loves the new sectional. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We will be returning for any of our future furniture needs!"
