"As usual, working with Jim and Reed Furniture was a great experience. My wife and I walked in and was greeted by Jim on the floor. He showed us all of the possibilities for our fold out couch along with the different upholstery options. He said it could be ordered and delivered within 3-4 weeks, and he was spot on. The delivery team was punctual, quick and considerate (even had to remove a door to not damage the walls). There are many online options now of course, but the personal touch is much nicer than receiving two big boxes from Fedex that say "some assembly required" and a chiropractor appointment quickly thereafter. Highly recommend Jim and the team at Reed."

"They aren't over priced as some reviews say. Just compare like brands from other stores. You might find that their prices are even more reasonable. Remember, you get what you pay for. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, helpful and will take all the time you need. I actually went back the next day after my purchase and made changes. They were most accommodating.
