"If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I purchased a living room set (sofa, love seat, and chair) on 11/18 paid in full that day in store. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my parents. I was told they would be delivered to their home in two weeks . On Dec 5th I received a message stating that our order had been backed up. Christmas passed and still no living room. Then they told us they would arrive a week after New Years, surprise New Years passed and still no living room. On 1/11 I received a phone call and was told they could deliver the sofa and love seat but not the chair because it had not arrived yet. Then had the audacity to ask me if I had a vehicle to pick up the chair myself mind you I paid $150 delivery fee. I told them no by this time I couldn't even believe it had been 2 months and still no living room that had been paid for in full. If you don't have furniture in stock why sell it, why take peoples money? On 1/12 the living room set was finally delivered to my parents house at 8pm. I will never shop here again and wanted to share my experience so it doesn't happen to anyone else."

We decided to come back and visit after the purchase of our 2nd home. This time we met Shar who was so friendly and helpful with our needs.
