"Worst experience ever.School not organized at all. Throw you from phone line to phone line if they don’t know the answer to your problem. I’m a Vet and they made it extremely hard to register until it was time to pay and then there was no more talking apparently. Dropped all my classes with no reasoning why. Would not recommend to any military vets using any type of benefits. Lakeview is Not knowledgeable in the benefits or rules of VA program. Try another Alamo college."

"It was so bad it was funny. They blamed my son for their mistakes and cost him 2 semesters. The first semester they messed up was because they didn't notice they had my son's transcript until after the deadline to enroll had passed. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The 2nd semester they screwed up because my son's old school still showed me inrolled in classes so lake view wouldn't enroll because they said i was humanly impossible for my son to attend both colleges at the same time. That's a lie, have tou heard of online courses. He told them his old school was showing him enrolled by mistake, and he agreed he couldn't be on both campuses at the same time. I decided to go with my son and see what was happening. We met with one of the counselors. What a joke she had her chair on son sort of pedistal so she could look down on the students. Them she tried to intimidate my son into saying he did something wrong. I had to stand because they only had one chair in the office, and they tried to discourage the parents from attending the meetings. I finally stepped in and told the lady that they needed to take responsibility for their incompetence. Then, I ask to speak to a supervisor. She lied and said they were all out for the day. My son spoke up and said he's outside under a tent. They were having student appreciation day. She sputtered, then said, "I meant outside." Wow!! Talked to the head guy, outside, he says he'll call me later after he looks into my sons case. 2 hours later, I get a call. I can hear the first counselor making little snide remarks in the background. We finish talking, and he says he can't do anything for us. Call us back on April 1st. I laugh and say you want me to call you on April Fools Day so you can make a fool of me again. No, thank you. He enrolled in Prairie view an hour later! Go to prairie view or anywhere else."
