"Unfortunately they really let my son down was not organized and the coach paid no attention to my son he has been swimming since 18mos started at another location been having private lessons since age three. The coach treated him like it was his first time in the water today was a trail and he definitely will not go back I can say for the toddlers they do teach them the fundamentals of learning the water and safety but by age three you just wasting your kids time and no way will they advance to a higher level here."

"I signed my son up for classes in Feb 2023, we anxiously and excitedly waited for them to open. Of course there were delays with construction, but we finally got to start when they opened and have been met with extreme professionalism and anytime I've called they have been so sweet and kind even through the delays I would often times get a call to let us know it was delayed. I'm a first time mama to a 13 month old and was completely unsure of what to expect but the staff here have exceeded any expectations I did have ❤️ I keep telling friends and family to sign up for swim lessons because they've just blown me away ❤️"

"PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS LOCATION. Honest review. We had originally signed up in January 2023 for classes in April 2023. Unfortunately, due to reasons outside of Aqua-Tots’ control, the opening date kept being pushed back. With Covid, everything is back ordered, and we were told the location wouldn’t open without essential parts for their pool. Fortunately with the app, I was able to keep track of dates and I called anytime I grew concerned about delayed starts. Not a single time was I met with unprofessionalism or left with unanswered questions. The staff was always apologetic and extremely accommodating. They even offered to move us to another location but the Live Oak one was minutes away and honestly, waiting a little longer wasn’t a big deal. Lucky for us, the location is officially open and my kids have attended two classes already. The staff has been amazing so far and despite all they’ve dealt with with the delayed opening, you wouldn’t know walking into the facility. The coaches and instructors are passionate about what they do and I would be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge that over a few backordered pool parts. We all know what Covid did to us, we were all affected by delays in production and shipment, what happened here is no different and I chose to be understanding and patient about it. Thank you Aqua-Tots Live Oak for making this a great experience for my family."
