"Dr. Canales is the best oncologist, yes you have to wait to see him but is completely worth it. My son was diagnosed with Beta- thalassemia trait and Dr. Canales was the only doctor able to get my son better. "I'm really considering changing my kids doctor, the nurses are so rude especially with my 2 boys because they are scared of shots. They don't have no patience with kids and she poke my son twice and was being aggressive tours my son. They should have more patience because they work with kids and this is not acceptable.."
"This is the worse place to go! Find somewhere else! They make you call and set up an appointment by leaving a Voice-mail. Then you show up and Still have to wait. The ladies are rude! No consideration for parents times. I had an appointment set for 1015am. It's currently 12pm and I am seating in a room waiting. If it wasn't for the school to request paperwork for my daughters returned I would of walked out! Doctor walks in doesn't change her gloves coming from other patients room. Just uses hand sanitation. How is that sanitary?!!!"
"Ignore that one Star. Staff is rude and slow. They charge you right away for anything. Takes FOREVER TO BE SEEN BY DR OR NP... And only for 5 minutes. You get no explanation. Stupid staff who were going to give my baby her shots did not even explained which shots were they, what should I do in case of fever or discomfort. Nothing. They're stupid and definitely needs more training. Dr. Canales office is a fiasco and so is he. Needless to say after this visit my baby is no longer his patient. It's all about money"
