"I absolutely LOVE Dr. Marquez Smith but, her staff (front staff) always says one thing. Don’t know who I spoke to Monday morning (right when I asked for a name they hung up on me) well my daughter started with a cough and of course since we have her in head start and also gymnastics I need excuse notes. Well, whoever that person was told me “oh you do not need to have an appointment today (Monday) since you already have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday)”. So for today’s appointment I asked for only my daughters notes to have yesterday and todays dates so they can be excused, checkout receptionist did not “allow” it. Sad to say I’m really close to changing pediatricians."

"The doctor used to be more attentive and show more interest. The wait time is ridiculous, and it adds to the bad review. One hour and 30 minutes to two hours waiting for a room. Once inside, you wait another 30 min or more to be seen by the doctor. (With appointment)"

"I love Dr Marquez-Smith she is great she listens to all your concerns and does what is best for the kids however she really needs to do something about her front desk staff because they’re so freaking rude. There used to be a really nice woman in the front I never got her name but she was so nice and worked well with the parents but the current woman that is there is so rude for no reason. She has an I don’t care and don’t bother me attitude it’s very frustrating. I don’t know her name but she has curly hair and is tan complexion. It’s not just her some of her other staff members are rude as well wether they call over the phone or in the office it just makes you not want to go with the Dr because of them. Update: The wait times lately have been ridiculous we should not be scheduled for an appointment at 1 and be out of there by 5 pm. Again the lady at the front desk is so rude I just witnessed her and another staff member argue with a patient because she has been waiting for almost 2 hours. It’s ridiculous. Definitely moving my kids after this appointment. Not to mention it is so dirty in there like there is dust falling off the ceiling! The vending machine seems to be out of order every time we have an appointment it’s just ridiculous."

"Been taking my boys since they were about 6 and 7 years old. They are now 17 and 18. And all i can say is that the doctor truly cares about her patients. My son has asthma and the doctor was there every time my son needed her. She is truly an amazing doctor. ❤️"

"I hardly ever give one star reviews but this place definitely deserves it. I understand that most pediatricians have a wait time of around 20 - 40 mins but this place makes you wait close to 2 hours every time. Only took my son twice and canceled services with them. Everything inside is outdated as well makes it feel like a lower end clinic."
