"I like a few of the staff, however, I bought an optic there, brand new in box, not a pawn, got it home and found it did not work for my firearm, brought it back less than 24 hours later, they said they couldn’t do anything but buy it back, for more than $100 less than what I had just paid the day before. I really had no choice but to accept it, as it was completely useless to me, I ended up putting that money down on a rifle they had in stock, as the days went by and the more I thought about it, the angrier I became, that was a total rip off, they put it back in the shelf and sold it as new again. I’ve spend a lot of money there, I always had something on layaway, never missed a payment and always stayed ahead, as a collector, as soon as I pay one off, I put money down on the next one. Unfortunately, that hundred dollars cost them the thousands I would spent over time. I will never step foot in there again, or any other cash America, they can keep the money I put down on the other rifle. I wouldn’t give them another penny. Please stay away from this place. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone."

"There's a very rude kid managing it. I will never shop at that location again & I would never send a family member or a friend there. They had good service there a little while back but not now. Go to another location where you'll be treated with respect."

"Your employees shouldn’t care why I’m pawning only that I will return and you will make some money off me. That said, please educate your key holders on how money lending works. If it take a payday loan, the interest is much higher than going to you. Hence, the reason I come often with the SAME item. So, if I pawn something 1 billion times, it shouldn’t be their business as to WHY(Unless they’re going to pay for it). The pawn shop makes 40 bucks, each 1 billion time off me. No calculation or excuse needed right?"

"I came here several years ago and it was actually a really pleasant experience. That’s unfortunate because I visited the location today & the employees have a wall up and act like everyone is trying to be difficult. No smiling or a greeting for that matter. I was one of 6 other customers and everyone got treated like we were a hassle. Customer service is terrible. I’m sticking to locally owned pawnshops. They’re a longer drive but better deals without the attitude."
