"I have been taking my children to EPPA since they were born. The doctors are great but the staff and administrators are jerks. When I questioned one of the nurses about not calling in my sons medication, Their office administrator called me and spoke to me in a unprofessional manner and when I spoke to him the same way, he hung up the phone and not long after that, I received a letter that my children was no longer their patients. My son is suffering from a skin condition that was not dealt with and if their new doctor tells me that it is very serious, I will make sure that the public is aware of it. No child should have to suffer. Med-Mal!"
