"Walked-in with one other person waiting. Used self check-in walk-in. Someone behind me did the same thing, walk-in. They took the person who walked in after me before anyone else although he was a walk-in is well but not before the person working there flirted with him through the glass window asking if he was there to see her and talk about how he couldn’t get in yesterday because he didn’t have an ID. Ended up leaving but not before I witnessed the women waiting before me knock on the door for several minutes while you can clearly hear the employees talking and laughing in the back room without a care in the world."

"I am seriously in awe at how poorly the phlebotomist at this location treated me. She was the most aloof, unknowledgeable person I think I’ve ever run into in the healthcare setting. I left without having the blood drawn that I need. I then tried to call the phone number on the window, but no one answers. It’s a automated system. For god sakes, if you don’t like your lob quit!"

"Do NOT go to the Halsted location! I have never been treated so poorly in my life. First I went there with a scheduled appointment and the employee turned me away saying they didn't have the code for my blood test (I found out later the code was there but it was under "Doctor's notes" which she apparently thought was too difficult to check. After getting in contact with my Doctor and returning an hour later (45 minutes before they closed) I signed in on the StandBy list and waited patiently for about 15 minutes. Once I was next on the list the SAME EMPLOYEE came out and asked if I was the same person as before, I said yes, clarifying I had the code she needed (although again she already had that information). She then told me that my 15-minute appointment had expired and that I had to reschedule and come back a different day. I told her that I understood that but had signed up as a walk-in and pointed to the screen where it showed my Name was next for Stand-by. She repeated herself in a condescending tone a few more times, and I tried to explain that I was not here under my old appointment I was next on the standby list. She then said "I don't know what else to tell you" and went to the back room, shutting the door behind her, leaving me alone in the waiting room with my name blinking on the screen showing "Standby-Next". It was so disrespectful and it was clear to me that although the office was open for an additional 25 minutes, she did not want to work. It's one thing if it's a retail store or a restaurant, but we're talking about LIFE-ALTERING BLOOD TESTS HERE. I will never set foot in that clinic again. I pray if she ever needs medical work done she does not have to face a terrible, uncompassionate, and incompetent employee like her. God Bless and Quest... I would reconsider your hiring practices."

"I've been here a couple times for blood draws and they are quick and efficient. The parking garage is spacious and the building is clean. This last time I went, there was nobody even in the waiting room. I was more than 10 minutes late to my appointment, so when I signed in the computer told me I would be treated as a walk-in. Since I was the only one there, I barely even had time to sit down before I was called back. My phlebotomist was friendly, albeit very quiet. He took my measurements and told me the results, which weren’t quite right since he took the kilogram weight from the scale. I corrected him and then he proceeded with the blood draw, which went very smoothly. After I was bandaged up he said I was free to go. Make sure to ask to have your parking validated, as they didn't ask if I needed it. It was a little over $3 after validation. UPDATE: I got my results back next day, which was super fast, but my weight was recorded as 100 pounds less than it really is. Being 6’4”, the 111-pound measurement resulted in my screening results reporting that I am severely underweight. I have emailed quest to have this corrected and they are currently looking into it. I may have to go back in for another measurement. Make sure they record your measurements correctly!"

"In and out! Super-efficient check-in, with a system that keeps you abreast of personal wait time. Office is incredibly clean (building itself is quite new, so it's sparkly all the way from the front door). Phlebotomist was very, very good — and that's coming from someone who is freaked out by needles & blood, with a lab order for 10 vials (OMG yikes). Not much by way of magazines or reading material, if you're there at a busier time of day (vs. my early a.m. time)… but let's be real: you'd probably be looking at your phone anyway, so no stars off for that — in fact, it prevents a LOT of paper waste each month."
