"I am a small business owner that utilize the convenience of PLS to convert larger bills to smaller ones. I frequently use this location for their services and the service is usually amazing. Last night was different. I called @9:30 as I usually do before going to the location to confirm that they had the money I need on hand. Nancy picks up the phone, introduced herself and when I asked the question that I usually asked before heading up there she proceeds to say we don't give that information over the phone and then immediately hangs up the phone. This is a question that I've asked hundreds of times with no issues until last night. Nancy was rude and unprofessional. She should definitely check her attitude before going in to work."

"Okay this is PLS here in Dallas Texas off 30 and Jim Miller it was just built about a year ago I talked to Miss Jennifer the assistant manager she's the one helped me her and her coworker they were so great this morning they instantly made my debit card do you hear me Insanity it was 24 hours a day service you cannot get a car and made after 10:00 p.m. but you can come in 24 hours a day that's the best kind of service to have so people can always access you it's clean in here it smells good anything you need as far as doing any money transactions almost they can help you with so call them ask him make sure set up your monthly fee on your card so you won't be charged every time you use it come on in enjoy yourself handle your money business and just ask any questions to be for sure this card is also activated instantly which is the best part oh my God I love it made in front of me activated she asked for my driver's license took care of all the business for me I didn't have to do that nothing but stand there wait and talk so I just wanted to get this review they have they signed right there when you get great customer service please give the business as a review you all don't know how much it means and think thank you all so very much appreciate you Miss Jennifer y'all have a great day"
