"Got my 10k white gold diamond ring back today & noticed bronze spots ALL OVER it! They know its real bc I've pawned it at this location many times. So why'd they drench it with so much acid? Who knows, they wont answer thier phone. They ruined my wedding ring!! And kept my paper work! How convient for them."

"Went in on a Saturday and was told I could pawn my ring for $330 at the time I decided to keep it but by the time Monday had rolled around I really needed to borrow the $330 on my ring so I go back in just 2 days later, same guy that helped me on Saturday is there telling them he told me I could pawn for the $330 but the lady was not having it she's not the manager so idk why the huge difference in quotes... but again only 2 days later and I'm told I can pawn my ring for only $240 which is a massive difference when it comes to diamond rings. But that is what these places do... kick you while you're down and take advance. NO I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE AND IT WAS SO OBVIOUS I WAS BEING SCAMMED AND LIED TOO."
