"I've had this bank for about 3-4years and I have nothing but good to say. The only downside is that there are few locations. But the function of the bank and the customer service is peak I have never had anything but a positive experience."

"Banking system is down, again. Tonight (payday) I went with my family to buy groceries so we could eat. My card was denied. I called customer service and as usual, "I'm sorry maintenance must be doing an update." Could not get groceries to feed my family. This bank decides when I can have MY money. I'm a college student with kids who works to be able to pay bills and feed my kids and I can't trust this bank. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this bank. This is the 5th time since September that I've had to leave a place and the items I needed because I wasn't able to touch MY money. I will be closing this account first thing in the morning. If you're thinking about using this bank....just don't. I've been stranded without gas on the day I got paid because of "insufficient funds" due to the maintenance update. I've had to leave my groceries for my kids at Walmart, on pay day, because this bank is incompetent and can't figure out a way to update without leaving customers stranded."

"Banks system has shut down on three different occasions in the last few months leaving me without use of MY money!! I have not been able to pay my bills and get food for my kids on three separate occasions now!! Absolutely the worst service you can get! Why exactly is a bank closed on veterans day? Why did my check not process? No one to answer a phone call to fix my issues all weekend! Leaving me to charge my credit card so my kids can eat!!"
