"If I could give 100 stars I would! The staff truly cares about the pets. I brought my dog, Ryder, in for eating foreign objects. They took him in immediately and walked us through every step of what was going on with him. Not only did they take great care of him but they were affordable! 10/10 nothing but amazing things to say"

"My dog has actually not seen Dr. Martin yet but however, I’m very impressed so far with the staff, (Devon especially ). My every day vet has recommended that my dog get an x-ray of the hind leg area due to some limping that’s been going on periodically their x-ray machine is down so they recommended Lone star animal Hospital and said really good things that they have been known to quickly get animals in on a timely manner. And they were correct. I called on a Saturday. They requested some medical records from my pet I sent them in via email and within 2 1/2 I received a callback, scheduling an x-ray for the following Tuesday. I was very impressed by that I had a few questions. Called back the following day never was placed on hold The questions were answered promptly so far I’m very impressed. I will update us after his appointment tomorrow. I was really impressed on how they were willing to work with me. They excepted the medical records in my every day normal vets recommendations and are taking over with doing the x-ray. I’m very grateful that they are doing this so there’s no delay in medical care."

"This vet diagnosed my cat with asthma after charging me $600+ for the initial visit. My cat was perfectly fine with getting in a carrier & going on car rides up until after this initial visit. We asked for medication to help with managing the asthma in the future & were told that he would have to return for steroid injections each time he began breathing heavily. So far, this has averaged out to going to the vet every month & a half, costing at least $250 each visit. For subsequent visits, my cat has peed in his carrier & has undergone a tremendous amount of stress while trying to transport him to the vet. Most recently, we made a same day appointment due to the fact that he had begun breathing a bit quicker. Upon arrival, he started yowling, open mouth breathing, drooling, & an overall worsening of symptoms. It took the staff 25 minutes of this ongoing behavior before they intervened and put him on O2, even with being on time for the appointment. They continuously told us throughout these visits that we had not brought him in soon enough & spoke to us in condescending tones. After our cat pulled through, we repeatedly tried to ask Dr. Martin to give us medication or an inhaler or something that we could use at home in case his asthma flared up again. She refused. I can confidently & definitely say that I would NEVER put my pets' lives into Dr. Martin or her staffs' hands again."
