"My boyfriend and I had to take our sweet puppy here because he had bad stomach issues on Sunday night, and this was the only place open that could see him. We spent the majority of the night waiting in our car than with the doctor. They weren't able to even give me a quote as to how much everything would be until we listened to the doctor treatment plan that was highly overpriced. The room we were put in also had blood on the door, which tells me how unsanitary this place is. Beware of this hospital."

"5-star review is the least I can do, I'd like to give a heartfelt thank you to the staff here. We brought our dog in after a devastating pitbull attack, and I really do appreciate the excellent care that he got."

"The care and support they gave my cat was the only way I could justify the price. I had an awful emergency situation, my cat ate my AirPods case. They did x-rays immediately followed by surgery to cut open his stomach and take the silicone pieces out. They kept him overnight, and called me to give me updates on him. I was hysterically sobbing the whole time I was there and they were so kind to me. I paid $5K after everything was done. It was truly a life or death situation, I would have paid anything. I am beyond grateful for how gentle they were with him. He is my sweet baby boy and thanks to their support and immediate help, and the grace of God, he is alive. I wouldn’t wish coming to an emergency vet on anyone. But, this facility and their staff are what you’d want to walk into in your time of distress. Money comes and goes :)"

"Worst day of my life by far. Came here in the morning to end the suffering, but left because i wasn't feeling the day receptionist one bit (acted like i was trying to renew a dl as opposed to offering mercy; she needs serious re-training or the boot). Had to come back later, Sarah was working reception and she made this horrible, one of a kind experience the best it could be:( thank you. The male hispanic (i think)vet tech was part of the good as well. The physician, a dark haired woman played her part well; brought the drugs that ended his suffering (propofol and i think phenobarbital). Came back the next day to collect his body and hailey was very nice and packaged him sweetly for me. I was trying to wait for his vet to open for this, but it wouldn't wait. This place and the staff mentioned are recommended as much as could be for a tragedy."

"We can’t say enough about the incredible care, professionalism, and medical expertise we received while in a genuine emergency with our little Stella.  Dr. Amy Southerland, and her entire team at EPCT, took an almost lifeless little pup, from almost dying to a super-fast diagnosis (Addison’s Disease) to our Stella up, walking, and wanting to be held. We won’t lie, it was a process, and we were nervous the entire time. But the Staff kept us informed about the progress…and hate to say it; the cost of the procedures.  Which we really appreciated. It’s expensive but when you know what’s coming, it’s not a shock. The important thing is the Staff and Dr. Southerland saved a very important part of our family. They also worked very closely with our primary vet, Bear Branch Animal Hospital, whom we can’t say enough about either. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your care and ability to work miracles."
