SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall

"My daughter and I recently stayed at this property because she was competing in a dance competition. The hotel staff are friendly enough but the rooms are nothing to write home about. I was also charged an additional $100 for my room through one of their booking partners. The room rate on my bill was just $115/night but I was charged $214! I was charged in advance for the room and was even given two different bills, one from the hotel and one from their booking partner. When I brought this discrepancy up to thr hotel staff they were apathetic and did nothing to correct the issue. When I called the booking partner they did nothing either. Be wary when booking at this hotel."

"We stay in a lot of hotels, I have never felt compelled to leave a review until now.. SpringHill has by far been the best hotel I have stayed at in the past year. The staff was amazing so helpful and nice. When we arrived at the hotel they had snacks and drinks available for the guests. Breakfast was hot and good. My daughter loved the pool. Water was a great temperature and not a strong chlorine smell. My daughter left an item in our room after check out, when I called the hotel they had the item and would hold it for us. My friend picked up the item and the staff called me back to let me know that the item had been picked up.. I will for sure be staying at this hotel next year."

"Awesome and friendly customer service. Went out of their way to make it feel welcoming. Nice room. Too busy this trip to use pool or gym but they looked decent. Older building but it's been well-kept. Kinda weird layout for parking lot but it felt very safe, and it is free. :)"

"We enjoyed our stay here. The give you cookies when you check in. Loved the offer of hot chocolate as well. The rooms were decent. Kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was great. They had your usual but also had a nice amount of toppings for the oatmeal and waffles. I would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"From check in through check out the service was great. The room was clean and nicely appointed. It was also quiet! The breakfast was tasty and really nice. We have stayed in many hotels (many that cost much more!) But this was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. When we travel to this area again, we will definitely stay here again!"
