"Our mattress was 15+ years old, so we desperately needed a new one! We heard about Puffy and decided to check them out at The Mattress Doctor. Phil was great to work with! He was very personable and knowledgeable. Puffy was having a great sale and was probably one of the least expensive mattresses that we could purchase, but Phil never tried to up-sale us to another brand. We have had our mattress for almost two weeks now and we love it! This was our first time using The Mattress Doctor, but I’m sure that it won’t be our last! I highly recommend checking them out!"

"This place is a joke. I’ve never met a more unprofessional man than the owner in all my life. They want 150 dollars a piece for a split box spring, claiming that they are Amish made. Wants you to think he’s giving you a deal, but he isn’t, he is in the business of lies and deception. Talked down on my job saying I’d need a nicer mattress when my shoulders go out. Stopped assisting me when another customer came who he hopped would buy a more expensive bed than I. They came in for a mattress cover and he went to sell them a mattress. Left me standing waiting. Avoid this place. Told me mattress liquidators were selling used mattresses. Of course he would say that. It’s his competition. They have a nicer and better stocked store."

"Okay it's been one week since I purchased my adjustable bed from here. So I feel I can leave an honest review. First, let me start with how clean and organized the store is upon entering. Phil, the owner was there to greet me. I did not feel hounded or attacked like some salesmen. He asked a few questions to understand my needs and I told him the budget I had to work with. He made a suggestion and I accepted the offer. The installation/ delivery guys kept me updated. They were kind and professional. I gave the 5 stars because it was a simple process, and I'm happy with my purchase. I would recommend to anyone in need of a new bed. This is the way to go!"
