"I'm the caretaker of a 69 year old handicap man who had purchased a $1482.56 bed.. that was on March 31 2023. The actual bed base is mechanical to make it easier for him to get in and out of bed. The day it was delivered another helper was making the bed and yelled bed bugs. I thought honestly she was nuts and didn't know I have a cat and she had fleas. I thought it was a flea. Come June the gentleman was saying something was bitting him while he was in bed. We saw some on mattress. Took care of it. Nothing for a while then September he's getting bit again. All I'm gonna say is Terminex is involved. On their first appointment they are looking around and asked how old the bed was, well we just got it in the end of March. He said there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY that bed could have been brand new. That thing was so infested with bugs he said for an infestation that severe those bugs were in that bed base way longer then before it got delivered to us. I then call and tell them to come get it and we want our money back. I literally got laughed at. Now the old man doesn't leave his home and terminex is charging $3000 for 1 room. The room that bed was in. It was that bad. He had o sleep in a recliner chair for a month. Causing more pain then he had before. Remember he's handicap . So I would really check really good before a purchase. You might end up in his situation. These people will sell you BED BUGS!!"

We had spent all day looking at new beds and Mattress Liquidators was the last place we stopped, Tim even stayed a bit after closing to help us masks sure we got exactly what we wanted. He was able to set it up for next day delivery which worked out great. The movers that brought the bed and set it up for us did a great job as well. Polite. Courteous.Helpful to the customer. How a business should be"
