"Open to the public. You can check out with a TexShare card but they also have an on-site yearly membership for $25. Many books on every topic. Esoteric. Specific! Books that make you question why they were published. They have everything from literature and I believe they a decent fiction section on the top floor. But this place is mainly nonfiction. Want to know something. Come here! Good place for seekers of knowledge and resources. Best library in the Rio Grande Valley in my opinion."
