"Very pricey for what you get. Nothing is new it's very old, pillows very used and lumpy, bedspread at least 30 years old, sheets not pressed, burns on nightstand, dents in the dorm size refrigerator door, microwave dirty, carpet is bad, bathroom is tiny with fixtures and tiling at least 40 years old and there's no amenities other then coin laundry on the premises . This place needs a complete overhaul. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I seen no bugs and I was expecting to."

"I have stayed a couple times throughout the last 7 years. Trying to give them a second chance I was let down. They clearly don't seem to care about bed bugs........ It's like foreigners : highest concern is money, no updates , not even repainted rooms in the last 12 years . People have been killed there. Addicts are welcome, drug use is obvious, cops watch over, due to "traffic". No place to bring children"

"A Disturbing Experience Review:#2 I recently had the displeasure of living in an establishment that left me utterly disgusted and appalled. From the moment I stepped foot inside, it was abundantly clear that cleanliness was not a priority in the slightest. The state of filth and grime throughout the premises was appalling and truly a health hazard. The stench of stagnant air hit me as soon as I walked through the door, making it hard to even consider staying. Every surface was coated in a thick layer of dirt and dust, as if cleaning was an unfamiliar concept here. The floors were sticky and covered in unidentified substances, leaving my shoes practically glued to the ground as I walked. It was absolutely repulsive. When the original owner ran the place it was amazing! The place was clean had working WIFI was trash-free including people and there was no Rif-Raf in there. Now that he's handed it over to the people who own it now it's an absolute nightmare of an establishment! I'm honestly surprised it's not been shut down! Rooms are full of bedbugs, no wifi, and owners WILL & ARE strong-arming people with threats of eviction, if they don't pay whatever they decide to charge that week/day for just a roof over your head and possibly bugs, if they don't pay whatever they decide to charge that week/day for just a roof over your head and possibly bugs is all you get here period. There are absolutely no accommodations or amenities at all. Your trash will sit next to your door until you decide to bring it to the dumpster cigarette butts everywhere its an absolute dump! You're almost better off going to the Daniel's Motel and I'd go homeless before I'd ever go there! But I could write a book on everything that's wrong here plain and simple best advice I can give is keep it moving! Because sleeping in your car for a night would be a better experience and cheaper. But it wasn't just the physical state of the establishment that left a sour taste in my mouth, it was the new owners themselves who truly drove the experience downhill. Their attitude was deplorable, to say the least. From the moment I tried to ask a simple question, their ignorance and rudeness were blatantly evident. The owners seemed completely apathetic towards their customers, treating us as if we were a burden rather than paying patrons. They berated and belittled anyone who dared to bring up concerns about the cleanliness, dismissing us with rude remarks or simply ignoring us completely. It was a prime example of how not to run a business. Their sheer lack of professionalism and manners left me shocked. As a customer, I expected at least a basic level of respect and decency. However, their behavior felt more like dealing with a petulant child throwing a tantrum than a business owner interacting with their customers. I strongly urge anyone considering visiting this establishment to think twice. The combination of a filthy environment and the unprofessional and disrespectful attitude of the owners is a recipe for an unpleasant experience. Don't waste your time, money, or sanity on this place. There are plenty of other establishments that prioritize cleanliness and treat their customers with the respect they deserve."
