"My real estate agent said it was her worst closing in 20 years and I believe her. Our experience with Maggie was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. From start to finish, everything was transactional and impersonal with the touches of a prison visit behind plexiglass. A lack of consideration for writing a signature some 25 times on a textured outdoor plastic table, then being told the signature and date had to be corrected for being messy -- perhaps offer a clipboard?
