"We went here last year and had a ton of issues and unfortunately this year was no different. First off the receptionist/front desk lady has really poor customer service skills. Secondly the costs of their service were again not explained upfront and we ended up with a $300 less return then TurboTax+ spent $200 more on the filing service. Will be the last time we come here"
