"I brought my mom here to get her nails done. She used to go somewhere else, but since she’s had a bit of a decline with her Alzheimer’s, her preferred technician became increasingly impatient with my mom, and borderline abusive :( ANYWAY, we thought we’d give this place a try, and she loved it. I did, too. The technician was absolutely amazing. She was patient and gentle with my mom, and made her feel as comfortable as possible. My mom is very much aware that she has Alzheimer’s, and she’s very aware when people are treating her poorly. This is the place we’re coming to from now on. I highly recommend. Every staff member is a gem."
"Kim and everyone at Nail Essence were extremely nice and meticulous. I asked for milk chocolate glazed donut nails and while they turned out darker than anticipated, a week in and it’s still just as perfect as when I first got them done. And that never happens to me so I’m thoroughly impressed!"
