"I had a horrible experience here with an employee named Nikki that has green hair. I was shopping for a hair straightener with my 22 month when this crazy woman opened the employee back room door and proceeded to stare towards our way and I said yes? She said your son is banging things and yelling! My son was not yelling, he was right next to me. I was shocked that an employee would think she could yell at me for my child to stop yelling when he wasn’t even yelling. And if he was, it would not be okay for her to tell me to tell him to stop! She then slammed the door! This woman has mental health issues or is extremely angry in her life. I left and did not purchase what I came for. Another employee said that the green haired lady was having a bad day and I could care less if so, she has no right to talk to me that way! Super unprofessional and miserable excuse for a woman!"

"This store does racial profiling. I am a middle age African American woman who visited the store on 3/18/17. I was greeted by a sales associate which made sense. However, she stood by me the whole time I was shopping. While I felt uncomfortable, I made the assumption she was hanging around since other customers were in the area. What made me to realize I was being profiled was a white male asked her a question as I was walking away, she answered his question and walked away from him while she kept following me. I decided to walk around the store again to see if I was as being followed. In fact, another sales associate asked if I needed help even though she saw her peer was with me. I told her that while I appreciated her customer service, I felt it was disingenuous because she knew her peer had been with me the whole time I was shopping. She said the had to be careful with customer bags. I didn't realize I was holding my bag in a suspicious way until she brought it to my attention. I told her I felt I was being singled out as a potential thief because I was black. She said no and she was doing her job. It seemed innocent but it was clear I was treated differently. They must treat everyone the same and not stand by me like I'm going to steal. I'm a longstanding customer who spends a lot at Sally's. This is the second incident in that store. The last time I called Corporate to deal with my issue. If you're of a person of color BEWARE. They're very insensitive and racial profile. I'd avoid going into that store until they fix the problem. Treat all customers the same and not make bad assumptions based on race"

"Great store location, plenty of parking. This location is well organized, well stocked and very helpful staff. Very happy that Sally's finally changed over to a free beauty rewards program. Just need your phone number or email for them to find it. I'm always surprised at the amount of products in Sally's, I don't know why I don't go there more often. Best place to buy hairdye, and they carry beauty brands you can't find at other stores."
