"Twice now my husband and others have shown up for their early morning radiation treatments only to have the machine broken down, we’re told several times it will be fixed soon, then eventually telling them unless they wanted to come back later in the day that once the machine did come back up, they would be taking the patients that were scheduled after them! Now these men came in prepped and ready for their procedures only to be told the ones that were to come after came first! When what they should have done was call the later patients that weren’t already there and back up their times to accommodate those already there! And if the machine was unable to be prepared in a timely manner, they should make the call to do patient catch-up on a Saturday! I feel this is very poor management and lack of empathy for their patient who only want to get their treatment over and pray it all worked out! Bad management!"

"Great staff who exhibit daily how much they really care for their patients. Friendly, but very professional. In brief, some of the most outstanding Customer Service I have received in any healthcare related facility. Don’t let the size of the building or an unfamiliar name cause concern. Professionally driven staff, seeking to give all patients every ounce of their energy in producing an outstanding experience. The staff did a marvelous job of taking the stress and fear out of the unknown, making the redundancy enjoyable and realizing our time is valuable. When delays happened, which were very few, the staff openly communicated and worked diligently to get back on schedule. “Things happen,” but with the Staff at Aspire Radiation Oncology, I never thought or felt like my time or me personally was taken for granted. If you have to have this experience, there is no better place to have this experience than with Aspire Radiation Oncology in The Woodlands. Fabulous job everyone! Thank. You."
