"## A Disappointing Decline at Shenandoah Imaging As a long-time patient of Shenandoah Imaging (for over five years), I'm writing this review with a heavy heart. While they once held a place of trust and reliability for my medical imaging needs, recent experiences have left me disillusioned and questioning their ability to provide proper care. Firstly, the back office appears to be in disarray. Mix-ups seem to be the norm, resulting in delayed appointments, incorrect billing, and inaccurate reports. This lack of organization creates a frustrating and stressful atmosphere for both patients and staff. Secondly, the front office staff seems to lack proper training and communication skills. Scheduling errors are frequent, with appointments being changed or booked incorrectly. Additionally, the staff often appears unfamiliar with imaging procedures, leading to confusion and delays. The culmination of these issues has reached a point where I no longer feel confident entrusting my health to Shenandoah Imaging. The lack of accuracy and professionalism is unacceptable, especially for a medical facility. In conclusion, while I once held Shenandoah Imaging in high regard, I can no longer recommend their services. The decline in their back and front office operations has created an environment that is both inefficient and unreliable. Until they address these issues and demonstrate a commitment to improvement, I urge patients to seek alternative imaging providers."

"I was able to get in very quickly to get my MRI done. The office staff was friendly. The imaging technician was profession and friendly. The MRI room was a comfortable temperature. Cool but not cold. I forgot to get a CD to take to my Dr and they burned one for me quickly when I stopped back by the office to request one."

"Excellent facility that doesn't have unnecessary wait times to be seen. The staff is friendly, helpful and made me feel comfortable. The CD was available when I left to give to my doctor."

"Pros- clean and no cost. They fully bill insurance and right off the rest. Cons- Didn't give me a disk when I left. My doctor's office called to have them sent to them, never happened. I called the day before my appointment to pick up myself the next morning. Lady said they would be ready. Got there and they have to make them. Ask for a disk before you leave."
