"Definitely disappointed. I was looking for botox in the area as the doc I used to go to is in Downers Grove and far from me now....BUT it is worth the trip...now I know. They Definitely don't care about your results. I came in about 1 month later, showing them the center did not take and is still wrinkling?? This never happened after my treatments in DG and if it did, they honor their work. Instead, Prima tried to sell me more units...to fix what should've already been. I would NEVER return here to waste money when there are so many others who offer botox and actually care about the customers as they are walking advertisements. My results were no good! Did you even use Botox or did you use the other which i said didn't take?"

She has also talked me into getting other services and I haven’t regretting any of them. I love going to Prima knowing I’m getting the best service there."
