"Parking was easy and simply getting to the Sugarland clinic was easier than the main facility on Holcomb. The community is beautiful and easy to navigate. We really enjoy coming to the Sugarland Clinic. Plus Dr. Messick and his team are great!"

"MD ANDERSON is the best! Alex Never hardly has to wait to be seen. We drive 130 miles each way to get there and are late a lot but they still take us and push through my guy's appointments! Thank You so much MD ANDERSON.."

"First let me say the staff here is phenomenal. Over five years, I have been a client at infusion, lab, and physical therapy. I am confident that I am getting the best care possible. A year or two ago this location started phasing in computer kiosk check in and, consequently, phasing out customer service. Not everyone can use the self check in system. There may be physical, skill set, or systemic reasons. I think it is perfectly reasonable to have self service as an option. But is horrible customer service to expect those of us who can't or even just choose to interact with people rather than a computer screen to explain ourselves every visit and then receive a lecture about how we better adapt because this will soon be the only way to get to our appointment. If that's the case, I am sure I can find somewhere to schedule an appointment where the person behind the desk says, "I will be happy to help you" when I arrive."

"The best hospital and customer service I have ever had. I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder and had no where else to turn to but at MD Anderson. They made me feel like a person and not just a medical number. The office staff in the breast clinic is just amazing and was always kind and courteous. But my doctors and the team that I had always made me feel comfortable and made sure I always had the best treatment. With me traveling to Sugarland from Austin every week, it was taking a toll on me and my family, so they made an effort to find someone in my area to treat me for the remainder of the time. It was so bittersweet leaving them and without them I wouldn't be were I am at today."
