"It's ridiculous all the steps you have to go through just to change or reschedule an appointment. Cancer patients have jobs, family, & etc. Our life's DO MATTER!!! Majority of the staff suck, they know who they are. Do your job, stop acting like the patients gets on your nerves when they call. If we didn't call or come to this location y'all wouldn't have a job!!!"

"Never got passed the front office. A woman from the back was taking care of the front office while the receptionist was at lunch. She was just standing by the front desk and as I walked up she got my name and gave me a form and told me that was what I needed to pay that day. It was a bill for over $6000.00. I told her that I was not able to pay that much. She responded that the doctor was not able to see me any way because they had not received records from my referred doctor. I asked here why I was not told that when they called to remind me about my appointment? She just shruged her shoulders and smiled. When the receptionist returned she was just as rude as the first woman I left and told my referred doctor."

"People are nice but somebody is incompetent I'm just not sure who. My mother had an appointment today at 11:10 am. She was scheduled to have labs and a 30 minute infusion. She did not leave until almost 3 pm. They had us waiting in the front for labs for well over an hour while they did labs for multiple people that came AFTER us. One of the labs takes 30 minutes for the results to come back so I don't understand why they wouldn't have done the labs as soon as we arrived. Once the lab results were ready the pharmacy was closed for lunch so we waited another hour or so in the infusion area while they ate. I'm not against people eating lunch but it was just a slap in the face after having our time wasted . Either get better about getting patients in and our or explicitly state that your 30 minute infusion may be dragged on for 4 hours."
