"Dr. Nick is absolutely wonderful. My surgery was flawless and the staff are so nice. I definitely recommend her as a healthcare professional!!"

"Can’t even get a phone call back after making an appointment as a new patient to see if I can be seen sooner than in a month. I’ve left 2 messages with the “new patient coordinator” and no one has called back. Doesn’t reflect greatly on the practice when someone is nervous about a diagnosis and wants to see if they can be seen sooner and no one calls back."

"I was not even going to this office when I was met with a highly rude worker in the elevator this morning. They could not follow the simple rules posted on the elevator. I instructed my highly frail Mom to step next to me and she proceeded with the insults. First impressions do last a long time and I will never use this business."

"AWFUL. My 92 year old grandfather went to the ER last week because he has been in bad pain and they found a mass in his right side. He was referred to Dr. Doshi. He has called several days trying to get get an appointment with them and Angela, the new patient coordinator will not return his call. I had to go to the clinic in person today to find out what is going on and she obviously talked to them when I was there and claimed to leave a voicemail, but my granddad does not have voicemail, so that is not true. And while I was right there in the office, they would not help me! All they would do is give me her number again where all we can do is leave a message that is supposed to be returned in 24 hours. My grandad is worried (already talking about making an exit plan) and hurting and these cancer specialist won’t even call back to make an appointment. They make me sick! They do not need to be in healthcare. My vet for my dog cares much more for their patients than these people."
