"Never returned initial call. Seemingly impossible to reach anyone at boerne location. Not content with dealings over a serious condition."

"Clinical staff is great, however non-clinical support staff (i.e. the front office) is beyond rude. I called to reschedule an appt and was told that they could cancel it, but receptionist refused to reschedule even though I was on the phone with them, stating that they "do not schedule appointments during the day" and that she would "call me back at the end of the day". I also stated that I needed some assistance viewing some lab results that were not showing up in the portal and she stated that their LVNs/LPNs/RNs will not assist with telling me what the results were ("we don't do that, we're busy"), even though this arrangement was set up by myself and the doctor. I never got a call back so I sent a message via the portal. The response I got was to call to reschedule (which I had already done) and they closed the message out without any further follow-up. I then sent another message letting them know I had tried that, communicated the above, and expressed my dissatisfaction. No response. I'm now 2+ months overdue, trying to find somewhere else to go. Sadly, these folks apparently don't really care all that much about their patients."

"Texas Oncology has been under going changes. Dr. retired, another Dr. took over. Had appt today with new Dr. Received 3 texts and a voice mail reminder about my appt. Apparently their automated machines were not notified of the changes being made. ????? When I arrived front desk notified me someone should have rescheduled my appt as the Dr. I was to see was no longer going to see patients at the Boerne location. My appointment had been on the books since May, plenty of time for them to notify me of any issues. Front desk was pleasant, but lack of communication is disconcerting. I don't have time to waste . Very disappointing!"
