"Its been an hour past my appointment time. They still didn't call me in to see the Dr. Otherwise the people work here and the doctors are nice. Way too much wait time to test my patience!"

"I’m submitting this review based on customer service via the telephone. I called and requested to have a particular nurse call me based on information provided from that person. Well I received a call back from a nurse that was not at the location where the treatments are given, so that caused confusion. I wish the lady had told me in the beginning that chemo nurses don’t return calls and I could have simple gone to the location to talk to the nurse face to face. Well long story short I called later to inquire if messages could be sent to specific nurses and upon the lady answering the phone she was just having a laughing good time while I was talking. If my memory serves me correctly there is a sign in the office speaking of the zero tolerance for disrespectful behavior toward employees there. Well that same statement should be extended to patients and their family members. Her behavior was very disrespectful and unprofessional. If you are in a setting where delicate care is provided then your professionalism should mirror that as well."

"The fount desk employees are rude . They act like they put it on because you walked in the door. We were told to be there 15 minutes early but several people in there and they were upset because we were earlier telling us we didn't need to be rudly. And I mean by us everyone that was 15 min early. I'd called to schedule a PET scan. They said if this is your number we we'll call you never heard a word she hung up the phone didn't even have a chance to say anything to her.3 times I was Rudy hung up on . I stayed on the line until someone would talk with me and she was mad cus I was wanting to tell her just how I felt. So good luck with this place. It's a joke."

"They told me to arrive 30 minutes early. However, I wasn't called back until 25 minutes after my appointment time. The nurses & staff were all friendly to me. Dr. Kurkul did arrive within a minute or two after my vitals were taken which was great. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I am being seen for anemia which is likely only due to low iron so I probably will not be a long term client but he was still very kind to me. They have a lab in the building so I will not have to go anywhere else which is convenient. They also have a pharmacy for their patients which is nice."
