"Getting and appt. sched. or changed is very complicated. Have to go thru a call center that takes your information and passes on. If you get a call back and miss it, you start over... Working for a doctors office myself, this seems to be the most frustrating thing to me. The staff at Cleburne office however has always been very helpful and very sweet when I am there in person or when able to get one of the Cleburne staff on the phone. Dr. Bejjanki has been very patient and thorough with me thru my battle."
