"Nothing but aggravation in the Pharmacy. All the good people that were here years ago are gone. They ran out of my blood pressure medication and I said "What am I supposed to do, miss my dosage?" And, the guy in drive up says, "YES". Hangs up the phone. Very uncaring. Go to Walgreens, Walmart, or Kroger, right down the road."
"My mom has an appointment here, but they're more than an hour late to the minute clinic. My mom placed an order for pizza before we got here, and it's already been done for an entire hour because we waited so long for the minute clinic. My mom placed the clinic for 6, and now it's 7. The lady in the minute clinic is nice though."
"I appreciate the self check out terminals. However, I am still one person that likes for my cashier to have a smile and ask me if I found everything I was looking for in the store. The self check out Kiosks take away from the \"customer service\" from CVS."
"The pharmacy stays busy most times there is a wait inside & drive through. But the staff is great if you need help paying for you prescription talk to them they can refer you to discounts if possible. Prescription are processed in a timely manner."
