"A year ago we took charge of 2 large dogs when their owner, a relative passed away. She had been unable to care for them effectively for a while. They had medical issues including skin and ear problems. We bathed and clipped away the worst matts. Working with our veterinarian we got most issues under control, but the skin allergies are long term. Happy Tails was so understanding with the dogs skin issues and their trauma from all the changes in their lives. Although we prioritized health and comfort, Brittany and Lyric had that covered and made them beautiful as well. The office staff has been understanding and helped with bookings until I got the system figured out. They as always friendly and ready to help. Happy Tails is fabulous."

"I brought my dog here due to leaving town over the first weekend of this month I was concerned seeing as the last pet ressort traumatized my baby boy, how ever my fears where erd when I dropped him off, they listened and acknowledged my concerns for my baby. They absolutely blew away any expectation I had. He was dropped off happy and tail wagging and came home happy and tail wagging and still is. I will absolutely use this place fpr my baby boy again. It was nice to get the pictures with a little report card. Reception was very friendly and kind when I went in. 10/5 stars for me."

"Happy Tails has always been great for my little buddy when I would travel. They have great care to my Nico for weeks at a time when I’d go overseas, but he passed away… and I thought I wouldn’t need them for a while. But then I got my daughter a puppy and needed to travel just a few months later. That’s when I found out about their Tiny Town option for smaller dogs! It was perfect for my little Oreo. I will say… book early near any holidays and during the summer! This place is popular and books up!"

"Happy Tails is hands down the best boarding facility we’ve ever used! Our dog Joey felt like a star! He made friends at playgroup, and the staff gave him lots of love and treats! Drop off and pick up was super easy and safe for Joey! We will not be using anyone other than Happy Tails!"
