"I have been bringing my cats here for 7 years now and they have always been great. Very prompt with scheduling appointments, you get pulled back quickly, and very friendly staff. I would note that Dr. Santos is not the warm and fuzzy type. I much prefer someone who is blunt and to the point. She does a very thorough exam of your pet and makes sure you have all the info required. The clinic is very accommodating with last minute appointments as well. 10/10 would recommend."

"I had to board my 4 dogs pretty last minute and they were very accommodating! One of my dogs was boarded separately at my request due to his size. My other 3 small dogs boarded together. One of them has fear aggression that has become worse. He sometimes bites at home. I explained this ahead of time and that if he needed to be separated that was okay too. They said he did really well, and his demeanor on pick up showed he and the others had a great time! I would consider this to be a more “traditional” kennel versus a “pet hotel”. I wanted to board them in this setting because I think it is important for dogs to have the structure of breaks and not being in a room with 20 other dogs all day. I am really pleased with the choice to board here and would do it again."
"They were absolutely fantastic in helping us with saying goodbye to our oldest, first pup (not a pup anymore, but you might get the idea). They accommodated our schedule and were genuinely empathetic and sympathetic for us, who were sort of a tearful, snot-nosed mess throughout the process. The process, incidentally, was seamless, professional and considerate. They can coordinate the handling/returning of ashes and paw prints and stuff, too. We're going to start taking the rest of our little zoo there for all of our veterinary needs. 100% give them a try and you won't regret it. I think I uploaded a picture of our ol' girl Elphie with cheese from a burger on her nose that we got on the way there for her happy final day."
