"I made the drive out to SVC as my dog was miserable with a bad infection and I'd lost confidence in my Austin vet. Vet clinics in ATX I label as chaos-care as the better ones seem overwhelmed with doggy day care and shear volume that gives you seconds of face-time with a vet if at all. My experience with Spicewood could not have been more caring. I found a beautiful new facility that was calm, well run and that saw me exactly at my appointment time which they had kindly squeezed me in just the day before. There were plenty of other folks there just not the mayhem. Dr. Brady J. Bennett came in and after a thorough and unhurried explanation recommended a procedure be done and offered to do it immediately. He took the time to go over the notes from my current vet that he had already procured before the visit. My dog got the relief she so badly needed that day and so far so good. I found the entire staff incredibly kind and caring. They have a mission statement above the door that ends with "treating each (client) as though they are our only appointment all day" - they hit that!"
